Refund policy

Claims for defects and right of withdrawal

The delivered products are to be checked by the customer for completeness and defects immediately upon receipt. Wrong deliveries, missing quantities and defects (transport damage excluded) are to be reported within 8 days after delivery by e-mail to hello@4randomlines.com. If a complaint is not made within 8 days, the delivered products are considered approved and all warranty claims are excluded.
For replacement or reimbursement of defective goods the customer must provide photo proof of said goods and their damage.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund until your order has been processed/shipped. Please write us an email at hello@4randomlines.com to cancel your order. Once you receive the automatic shipping notification from Shopify, your order cannot be cancelled anymore.
