Terms of Sale

Your order represents an offer to us to conclude a sales contract between you and 4randomlines. As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. A sales contract between you and 4randomlines is in force as soon as we have handed over the products you have ordered for shipping and have sent you a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

Until you have received the shipping confirmation, you can cancel your order free of charge by email to hello@4randomlines.com. In this case, the full purchase value (including delivery costs) will be refunded to you.
The products remain the property of 4randomlines until the ordered goods have been paid for in full.

Prices

The prices given are in Swiss francs (CHF) as default or in local currencies where available. Local currency exchange rates are from Shopify and 4randomlines has no influence on currency exchange rates. Prices for locally printed and produced items differ from region to region, depending on the local costs and shipping. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Delivery, shipping costs and import costs

Prints ordered from Switzerland or Liechtenstein are shipped by Swiss Post, from US, shipped from local printing company, from Australia, UK and Canada, shipped from a UK printing company and from the rest of the world is shipped by a Dutch printing company. Originals are shipped from Switzerland.

4randomlines excludes any liability for lost packages. For lost or undelivered packages - delivered using a tracking code - please contact your local postal service.

Packages that are returned to us/printing company because of an incorrect or defective address can be sent again after the delivery costs have been paid again. 4randomlines does not control the delivery addresses and assumes no responsibility for their accuracy.

Rights and obligations arising from this agreement are subject to Swiss substantive law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland where the owner of this webshop resides.
